It's no surprise that every illegal alien in the country is lining up for this amnesty and there's not enough people to process and verify their eligibility. If Obama loses the election, it will be interesting to see if this mess is rescinded.
It won't be.

No, it means more unemployed Americans. If what you said made any sense, then it would be better to get the unemployed Americans into jobs. The illegals will take the jobs for much lower pay because they're happy to also get Medicaid and food stamps in addition to small paychecks. Lower wages means less money to spend and leads to less job creation. Besides -- the illegals have to contribute to that over $2 billion every month that is wired to Mexico.

DACA has awakened many who are unemployed and have exhaused their 99 weeks. In light of the fact that both sides of the political aisle is owned by big business, I am afraid that you may be right. My only hope is that Obama will not be re-elected and the hand full of republicans that remain on the side of America's sovereignty will make the difference.

I wondered about this as well. What if there's a new administration in power in two years and chooses not to renew the deferrals? You'd think people would be nervous signing up for this.

But if they are allowed to get SS and driver licenses you think it will be that easy to round up 1.8+ million and tell them to turn in those documents and leave ?

Them having an SS card will seal our fate regarding this amnesty.

In addition, they will then have one more SSN to add to their collection of stolen and fake numbers. Imagine how many refunds they'll receive from filing multiple fraudulent tax returns. They have already decided not to mention their fake/stolen SSNs when they apply for amnesty.

Why I think we shouldn't put socials on any forms - DREAM Act Portal Forum

Dropping out of high school and wanting to be a part of this nation's future? ... what kind of bogus B.S. is that?

I think this goofy government of ours just greatly accelerated our spiral into the third world ..

Oh .. and it appears that the Dems will get roughly 2.7 million more votes out of all of this.

Better to do nothing than to grant 1.8 million illegal immigrants work permits with millions of unemployed Americans needing jobs.
