According to what I read, the guy flying the flags was not an illegal immigrant....and quite frankly I challenge anyone on this board to go out and question the general public about 'The Flag Code' and see what they come up with.

AMERICANS wear the flag on their breasts, use it to cover their crotch, and as a hanky to blow their noses. I have seen them hanging UNDER a Confederate Flag.

No wonder the guy didn't know, or if he did, didn't think it would be a big deal.

As far as I am concerned, this guy used the American flag for a new covering...racism.

The business owner has no moral right to an American flag. He showed what he thought of it...

How about if American citizens were disgracing the Mexican flag on a regular basis? In fact my state fought under the 1826 Mexican flag against the tyranny of Santa Anna. For their loyalty they were butchered.

The Mexican used the American flag in a way to show his racism towards America and his support for Mexico where his bros can not make a living.

I hope he gets all the attention he deserves.

So? You still can't fly a Mexican flag over an American one in the United States.

In fact.. lowering users a point, simply because you disagree with them is a violation of the TOS of this website..

No, any flag above an american flag, in the USA.. is illegal. The guy flying the flag broke the law, (he claims not knowing it was the laws), and the guy who took the flag down.. violated another law.. they were both wrong..
