Those who feel they come here and commit no acts of violent, or crimes, are talking out of their butt's. Many do come for the right reasons, but more come, to game the system, and they win!

The criminals win, we don't.

I agree some are non violent, but faking your ID is a crime.

Most State Law punishes the conduct of misrepresenting your identity in two areas: first is the use of the fake identification to do something and second is the tampering or falsification of the actual identification card.

Aren't those felony crimes? The ones that Obama has sworn to deport? Or is it only in the case of violent crimes that they are deported? Those that are deported and return illegally again as in the quoted case above are also felons according to our immigration laws.

Depends on the state
In New York & New Jersey it is a felony criminal offense
In Maryland the fine alone is $1500
In California, the minimum penalty for being caught with a fake ID is $250 fine and up to 32 community service hours.

Thanks. I found this information that denotes how each state treats ID theft.

Obama DREAMs of amnesty for fraudsters.

Think of how low this is in indicating the size of the real problem.

So identity theft is only considered serious if a citizen commits the crime ?

The victims are still victims no matter who took their identity.
But I guess if it were done by an illegal then it's ok because those poor illegals needed some form of ID to get by in the US.
