How do we fix this? Back up the lines 50 feet and randomly assign lanes so they can't game the system?

Talk about the fox guarding the henhouse. This is one reason illegal immigration has flourished. Sadly, we have no idea how many others have assisted illegal aliens. Obviously, for some, ethnicity trumps all. He should be tried for treason. As long as they receive a slap on the wrist, this traitorous behavior will continue.

In addition to illegally allowing his brother-in-law into the country, Silva is accused of defrauding Farmers Insurance Co. by falsely claiming that his vehicle was stolen and receiving about $7,300 as a result, Foxworth said.
Wow, did they do a background check on this clown?

Probably not. But.........................

...........................federal agents were alerted to Silva’s alleged criminal activity in November 2010 after reports accused him of allowing people with phony immigration documents to pass through the San Ysidro Port of Entry.
Is that to say that the were watching him for 2 years?? Just how much "evidence and how many illegals passed through before they nailed this guy? I bet his bank account is in a Mexican bank.

It certainly makes you wonder. This is a prime example of the sheer ineptitude of our government. I can't believe someone with his lawless appetite did not have a criminal background. No wonder so many manage to enter this country illegally.

I'll bet you're right. But I'm sure you like I would not be surprised.

I've gotten to the point that nothing surprises me anymore. The fact that DACA was instituted despite the fact that millions of Americans remain unemployed and on food stamps, and the pandering for illegal alien votes remains a high priority, has pretty much killed any element of surprise I once had.

Exactly. This is almost nothing compared with a president encouraging and rewarding massive illegal immigration while unemployment of Americans is at record rates.
