Why aren't the other counselors sufficient? So, now we need additional staff specifically to assist illegal aliens. Incredible!

That's nothing compared to what they've been doing at UCLA...

Different branches of the University of California have been wasting money on "undocumented students" for years and the passage of A.B. 540 in 2001 simply exacerbated the situation. It's unconscionable that many public colleges and universities in California cut course offerings and raise fees for "documented students" while continuing to cater to "undocumented students."

Until last year San Diego had "liasons" as a City job created just to help the non-English speakers too chicken to use someone over the phone.
