As I've said before, the (now vast) majority of Californians voted these legislative and executive clowns in. If the majority of Californians are truly disturbed by this, they would vote for the person running against them this fall.
Our local Democrat Party Newsletter, oops, I mean our local newspaper, buried this story so deep in the paper, you would need an excavator to find it. At least it was a tiny bit easier on their web page, but you still had to go looking for it. Hmmm, this news may not be reaching a lot of people after all so many may not even be aware this is happening.
Do they require proof of insurance and notification if the policy lapses, so people have some recourse when they get hit?
Do they verify the person is who they claim to be and the SS# is theirs or is lying OK to get a License now in CA?
Of course not because LE will avoid them like the plague. They will continue to get fake names and addresses so issuing them citations is a complete waste of time. Now they will be handed a DL with the fake name. Beautiful.

The vast majority of CA is who voted to get CA into the mess they are in. And you think that same vast majority will vote to get CA out of this mess?
I don't don't have much faith in the CA voters...just look at this state and the direction it has been going for a long long long time. It is apparent that the voters don't have a clue how to help this state recover.
