Really if many of these people went back home to Mexico and tried one of their own universities, many might find that Mexico is not such a horrible place as they have been claiming -- it's interesting to study there.

Some might end up deciding they even prefer their country, others could apply to immigrate legally to the USA however - either apply for a student visa to the USA or take courses to prepare themselves for a work visa.

Yes, they've gotten used to things here, but it only takes about 3 months to get used to something else. It's really not as though they fall off the face of the earth if they were to go home. It's like kids here whose families move because of a job transfer, the first couple months requires an adjustment.
