American FIRST. And if you don't, you have nobody but yourself to blame for feeling like the "rest" of society is "excluding" you when you exclude yourself in the first instance!
AMEN! This is exactly why legal mexicans are not being welcomed as Americans; They CHOOSE not to be.

I know of what you speak of there: till I had my name legally changed about 20 years ago; people would see it and think 'Hispanic', etc (it was Hungarian). then look at me and go 'no way'.

I look rather like a Viking-------not a Mestizo.

ROFLMAO

Do you have any idea what percentage of Texas's population wasn't born in this state? My parents moved here from Connecticut and Illinois, neither state is known for their large Hispanic populations. Most of the kids I grew up with had parents who were born out-of-state...mainly the northeast.

90%? B.S.

Mexican isn't an ethnicity, it's a nationality. Mexicans come from various ethnic groups.

Uh; if Mexicans are an ethnicity, so are Americans.

Both countries run the gamut from Black to Nordic White in races/ethnicities.
