Notice how they always try to place the race card.

Also its legal discrimination against illegals so that illegal is right & its our right to discriminate.

Part of a state law that requires a Georgia-issued driver's license to get behind the wheel. . .
This is BS. I have driven in GA with my MD tags countless times without incident. I assume my out-of-state tags indicated I was driving with a license not issued by their state. No, Georgia wants those residing in their state to have a state-issued license to drive, just like all other states.

I would assume it's like other states that require you to obtain a license for that state if you intend to live there. On relocating, a person has a limited amount of time to get a license in their new home state. This guy's trying to get around the 'no license for illegal aliens' law. He's probably moved there with a license from New Mexico, or other state that issues licenses to illegal aliens, and is upset because Georgia won't give him one, or let him keep using the out of state license he has for a few years.

The illegals and their La Raza lawyers want NO American laws for their la raza people. They want unlimited immigration at least from Mexico but usually also from any hispanic nation. They demand their la raza people cannot be given the death penalty for vicious crimes they might commit.

They are not to be expected to buy liability insurance or abide by laws on licenses to drive. They are exempt from buying Obamacare which is mandatory for all citizens to buy but they will be given unlimited health care just as always at no cost.

Back in Mexico this guy would face problems if caught without a drivers license -- so would a foreigner.

It comes down to that these people want no laws of any kind to get in their way. They are special.
