Actually Chandler and Phoenix are both on the list of Sanctuary Cities, do a google and from what I read the cops there are none too happay abou t having their hands tied.

None in Arizona????

It may not be openly declared, but when cities do nothing or little about the illegals, they are a sanctuary city.

The only person acomplishing anything here is the Sheriff.
