I have an idea that can make the Government A LOT of money and grant citizenship to the already living Illegals and tighter border security. Well, what the Government could do is give pardon to all Illegals so they won't be scared anymore. Fine each illegal $8,000 or so since immigrating to the U.S is a CRIME, and like all crimes you serve time or pay a fine or both. Imagine all the money the Government can get from this. $8,000 to about 40 million or so illegals in this country? Roughly $320 Billion dollars. That can help go towards securing our borders and whatever the Government might need the money for.. Iraq for instance? LOL. Thats my thought, what do you guys think?

Yea, like they'd EVER pay. It is agreed upon by both sides of these debate that they are the poorest of the poor. Where would they get $200 BILLION dollars? Deport them all NOW.

If they are in the US illegally they should be scared. The $8000 fine (that they won't pay because it would cause 'undue hardship') might cover the cost of delivering an anchor baby. Sorry, they need to go home.
How is this going to result in 'tighter border security'?

So how much so all the existing murders, drug dealer, rapists and thieves have to be pay to be let out of jail? That would raise money too..

Follow the laws or leave and dont come back...the USA and its laws are not for sale.

Interesting thought, ProLogic. But millions of them would still be here taking up space, cluttering up my country!

That's short money - they'll cost us BILLIONS more in the long run if they are allowed to stay.
