Georgia had an injunction on it, now the 11th Circuit has remanded it back to the District Judge who removed the injunction.
Pretty much, now nation-wide, LEO can check status of all persons booked or jailed.
Opponents of the law like to call this the “show me your papers” statute in an effort to make opponents sound like the Gestapo
No more lawsuits should happen from advocates over the ability of LEO and the determining of status of a person.
