It is more likely that we would be deporting the non-talented. We have no shortage of American talent and we certainly don't need competition from foreigners for jobs and resources.
Maybe but; for every "Einstein"; we'd be deporting dozens of illegal aliens we def DON'T want. I'll take my chances of deporting ANY illegal alien "contacted" by the cops.
Yes, not very likely. It's not as though the sending nations were filled with inventors or mathematicians. The sending countries would be welcoming them back, trying to lure them back if they but are demanding that we keep them. That should tell us something.
Maybe but also have probably deported several Einstein's who came to the U.S. on student visa's and whe they graduated they had to leave. That is a big problem that is even bigger than deporting illegal aliens because these people have proven themselves to be very intelligent. You could also say the person that was supposed to make a cure for HIV was aborted. They never had the chance to save millions of lives because they didn't even have the chance to live.
I wonder how many Einsteins there are among the 1.8 million Dreamies, etc. that Obama has given a stay of deportation to? Since Hispanics in particular have a high drop out rate in school I would guess not too many.
She makes the valid point. If the US deports Dreamers, we could be losing talent?
Losing talent? Perhaps.
Losing a voting demographic for an ideologically motivated, self-interested political party? Most definitely.
