It don't make much sense to me.
Maybe their president has finally realized that Americans don't like their immigration policies dictated to them by a foreign country/leader.

I read the other day that Mexico's president is applauding Obama for pushing CIR. I wouldn't be surprised if they have had private conversations and deals have been made.

They're gloating -- and they're not silent when it comes to telling Obama how it's got to be.

What should be asked is why Mexico is so very quiet on Fast and Furious -- it's pretty obvious they are using it to extort a big immigration so they can get rid of their unwanted most impoverished least educated people.
