There are some serious underestimates --with the violence in Mexico in recent years, there has been a very very large exodus of people out. Ciudad Juarez alone lost well over 250,000 in just a couple years, most of course simply relocated north of the border.

Mexican articles show a much larger recent exodus than our government admits.

How does YOU knowing the exact number change anything? Pick a number if you think 11 million is to low. How about 25 million? Is that better? Now what, there are 25 million illegal aliens in the US.
