He is allowed to be here whether you like it or not. It's allowing him the time to BECOME legal, something that would be difficult for him to do if he was forced back to a country he's never seen since he was a child.
How would you like to be deported back to say Chile, if you were brought here by your parents at age 2? Its not a law, its a policy, 2 very different things. He can still be deported on a whim as he is still an illegal, the Obama admin is doing nothing more than using a loophole in the law for this DACA policy.
And police choose not to enforce jaywalking laws, or they let speeders off with a warning. Still jaywalking is a crime and so is speeding.

Anecdotal, I know several adults, who are children of illegal immigrants who were brought here when they were just children. They know nothing about their parent's country, and many care not to. Their country as far as they are concerned is America. They speak English, they communicate in English. And barely use or know the language of their parent's home country.

I answered it but I guess you didn't like what I said about the 14 year old Mexican that was brought here by his parents and within 6 months adjusted quite well.

The answer to your question that you claim has been avoided: It's not our problem. Do you suppose people enjoy being in prison? Breaking laws has consequences.
Speaking of avoiding questions: Please explain how Obama has the authority to implement the Dream Act as he did. Still waiting.
