Of course. With all the many millions here illegally who Obama will not deport, he will deport this family because they aren't la raza types and they're Christians.

If they qualify for amnesty, they will be granted it - if not, they will be deported. Pretty simple stuff! And spare me any persecution complex reasoning, since the majority of Hispanic immigrants are Christian or Catholic too.

P.S. We do have a forum for Illegal Immigration issues, where this should be moved.

I don't think anything. What they do with their kids and their religion doesn't play into it for me. Now, if they were going to be KILLED I might think something.

The case isn't about illegal immigration. It's about asylum.

Did 11 million+/- illegal aliens cross the border on Inauguration Day, 2009?

The Immigration Reform and Control Act of 1986 gave amnesty to millions of illegals and promised to control the borders. Reagan did not. Bush 1 did not. Clinton did not. Bush 2 did not.

I have absolutely no doubt that Congress will grant amnesty and continue to vow to better control the borders, going forward. Rinse and repeat in 25 years.

Asylum is a different topic.

What?

The United States tries to deport people who aren't Mexicans?

That will blow the liberal's minds.

They aren't here illegally.

The Justice Department is considering reversing the decision to grant assylum.

Why is thata good thing?

Why do you trust government to teach children more than their own parents?
