Your supposition requires all illegal aliens be removed form the work force. The only way that enough illegal workers can be removed from the workforce is thru deportation en masse.
A) that solution isn't being propose by anyone in political power.
B) in a sampling of the most reliable polling, a majority of the American people dont see wholesale deportation as an viable option.
C)The poll that trumps all others is the polling that took place this past November.

The bottom line is that your views do not refect America today. Comprehensive Immigration Reform is being written in both Houses of Congress. Even the President has a CIR version.

Change is a comin even for those that can't accept it.
How did Mexico and the other nations manage to remove all these people? They let them "self-deport" in a sense. The Mexican government may have printed cartoon books for them, showing them how easy it was to break our country's laws, and it would tell them they were some kind of heroes if they break the laws of the USA -- and it worked, many millions packed up and left their own country.

We just have to stop making it so very easy for them. Start fining the employers of illegals and stop rewarding illegals who come here to give birth all the government handouts that certainly keep them from ever wanting to go home.

In fact the return trip home is much much cheaper than the trip here where they had to pay cartel smugglers and buy stolen documentation. Many illegals paid several thousands of dollars to come here, going home shouldn't cost any more than a bus ticket.

As a legal immigrant to this great nation of ours, I waited patiently for 18 years (came here when I was around 4 or 5) to finally be granted Citizenship pending my oath ceremony. People who break the law should NOT nor EVER be granted any form of legal status.

If the illegal presented forged documents that must be accepted, then how does your analogy ring true? It doesn't. So, "in the mind" of the employer, he is looking for nothing more than the cheapest laborer he can get.

Most illegals can be removed from the work force by way of E-verify.
A) The solution is already in place, but not mandated.
B) And yet Rueters shows that 53% want illegals deported. gofigur Majority of U.S. citizens say illegal immigrants should be deported - Yahoo! News
C) So you're a devout Progressive who believes that every Democratic idea should be implemented no matter the damage. whowoodathunkit

The bottom line is that our views DO reflect America today, 53% agree with us, not you. CIR has been written many times in the past, if you believe it will some how miraculously pass this time, I have a bridge to sell you.

And yet, I don't even buy those numbers. I think they tried to fudge them the best they could to support the "progressive way", and that was the best they could do.
