Border Crossing Cards and Resident Cards (you enter by the status you may have in the U.S., which in those cases does not require a passport). Years ago (it changed mid-2010) I could re-enter with my New Mexico driver's license. The really strange reality is that CBP officers feel (by experience?) that a U.S. citizen is up to more than a Mexican with a BCC (I've crossed with my wife's nephews, by myself, and with partial or my complete family) crossing from Mexico to the United States.

I heard a report that says these criminal illegals were released a week ago. Maybe some 600 or so? Not sure of the numbers. The authorities said they would be closely tracked and monitored, but it turns out no one knows now where they are.

This makes no sense. The Federal government releases them from federal jails and lets them loose upon the state and its residents, for the locals to deal with.

Who thinks there isn't going to be a rise in crime as a result?! Maybe the local police force should round them up as they find them.
But they probably can't do that. The Feds would sue the state. Remember what the federal government has done to Arizona, a state that courageously tried to deal with the illegal immigrant issue.

2000 were released..1000 per week starting mid Feb with plans to release 3000 more in March before it got stopped.

Administration budget documents show a decrease from 30K inmates to 25K inmates by the end of March.
It was in their internal budget to set them free all along.

That would not be an immediate scare for the people here, would it. He wants us all so upset and agitated we'll put pressure on Congress. He said so.

So now, he wants the people to govern? Puts a new definition on "government by the people" doesn't it. Why doesn't HE put pressure on both houses of Congress, by showing some leadership in recommending cuts that would benefit the country, not hurt it.

He's so good at redefining and transforming, isn't he.

He even has a state run media now.

Those illegals Obama has released will either take jobs that Americans could have had, or will commit more crimes to get money. It's not as though they're going to go out and start paying taxes, these were violent criminals because Obama has said that only violent criminals would be arrested, illegals who commit more minor crimes like felony document fraud, drug trafficking, shoplifting would not be detained.

I posted a link. There were plans all along to release 5000 inmates regardless of sequester action.

DHS budget documents show a decrease of 5K inmates by end of March 2013.
