Wrong Pro....The French People do NOT hate Americans.....I lived there for 3 years and found them to be charming, hospitable, friendly [to a point]

The French people are very reserved and that sometimes comes across as rude....[alright Parisians are RUDE]

Now..the French Government.....THAT's a frog of a different color.
The French Government has hated Americans since Le Bon Charles was placed on house arrest in N Africa to prevent him from spilling the beans about the D-day invasion and then to allow him to lead the troups into Paris as a figurehead further enraged him.....

Race has nothing to do with illegal immigration, does it? if you had thousands of illegals from Sweden or Germany would it make a difference? or you would feel the same way towards them?

if your answer is yes, then it'd be more a racism problem than a legitimate claim over people breaking in into your territory illegally imho.

what's the problem with the white race being a minority? I don't think it is, but if it were so?
All I did was to answer a question that another had asked. You are way too racially possessed. Whites are a minority in the world and it means nothing, except to you, apparently.

I hate ALL illegals and it makes no difference what color or ethnicity they are or where they come from.

Stop trying so desperately to make a racial issue where there is none.

Europeans in general are pretty reserved compared to Americans. I think most Americans interpret the reservation as rudeness, when in fact it isn't the case. In fact they are trying not to be rude.

I lived in the UK for four years and it was a great experience. Sometimes I wish I didn't have to leave, but that's the price of being a military brat. OTOH, when I came back to the US, I was shocked by how crass American culture was in comparison. Everything was loud and noisy. You turned on the radio and you got a half-dozen hellfire preachers spouting the most inane bilge Big time culture shock. I wouldn't say the UK is a perfect place to live but if you are a reserved person by nature you can get along there just fine. Plus things that Americans laugh at, like public transportation, bicycling (it's a pretty good place to ride a bike on the whole), or environmentalism, the British actually take seriously, it's a great place if you like things that are often on the "fringe" in the US.

Can you please let us all know how many French people you actually know? You appear to be speaking for an entire nation and I'd love to know how you concluded this.

Just for kicks, there are around a half million "Anglo" Americans living in Mexico, some of them "gasp" illegal.

Mexico is a fine place if you have a little bit of money, it is a terrible place to be poor, the poor there are beyond our imagining, poor in America means you only have one color TV, poor in Mexico means a mile walk to the river for water.

They are poor in Mexico but they are not starving an d I get sick of that particular LIE that pro-illegal idiots like to spew all of the time.

There is no really poor in our country. Like you said, what is considered poor here is absolutely ignorant. In the first place, whether one can afford it or not, does not mean that one needs all of the vehicles, televisions, vcrs, etc, that most have. M ost Americans are wasteful and have absolutely no regard for our planet and such.

Uh...I call BS on that one. France overall and Paris in particular is VERY popular with Americans. Every time I go there, the place is literally crawling with baseball be-capped, tennis shoe-wearing, fanny pack-carrying Americans. Every time I go there, I'm forced to translate for my countrymen who don't bother to learn simple phrases in French like "Do you speak English?" and "Where is the bathroom?"

I've never been treated badly anywhere in France. Ever.

In reading the article I noticed the opposition was socialist and communist, even using the hot button word xenophobia, HMMMM, sounds familiar.
