Obama’s comment at the Bush Library opening leaves many inclined to believe that behind-the-scenes talks between the White House and Boehner are already underway.

Boy, what a stretch of the imagination .... your interpretation of a comment often made by Presidents when talking about passage of legislation and the roll a Speaker or Senate President can play. Must be a slow news day where you live.

It would not surprise me. Boehner has been sitting on the E-Verify legislation for some time. I would not give him high marks.

Bring it home for "our" families? Since when are illegal immigrants and their families "our" families?

Some Republicans are jumping ship and I find this very disturbing. I still believe that the majority especially in the House have saner heads and will prevail.

It just proves both parties will sell out the constituents that they take for granted in order to capture more potential voters. Both parties have a lot to gain by making these illegal freeloaders citizens, i.e. winning elections and continuing to screw the rest of us over.

Neither party has our best interests at heart. Both parties are out to screw us over. Period.
