Really? Most illegals are pretty uneducated.
Exactly how will they help us compete globally in the technology arena.

Are you one of those people who tries to tell us that people who shell out $100/month for a iPhone contract "wouldn't be able to afford" five heads of lettuce per month if it went from $1.20/head to $2.50/head?

Do you people even realize how silly you sound?

I heard a story on NPR a couple months ago about a guy who came here illegally from Mexico. He eventually went to school, got his doctorate & is now a medical doctor. But you know, he was an illegal so forget that, he's worthless.

He isn't the typical illegal immigrant. Quite the opposite is true. Nice try though.

Actually I have an engineering degree and worked for DoD for 25 years supporting the foot soldier.
What did you do?

Only 3% of illegals ae picking crops. The growers are merely pocketing the profits of cheap, illegal labor. There is very little if anything passed on to the consumer in the way of savings. If outrageous prices for produce were to occur people would stop buying them and the growers know that. So you claims are bogus.

At the expense of the US workers that would be filling those jobs for better pay, someone has to pick the tomatoes and the pay scale will increase until someone takes those jobs.

Well, as far as i can tell, that hasn't helped America

As far as I can tell, so far, illegals have contributed a little bit more than you if the only thing you have done is to "not break this specific law"
