House won't consider immigration bill unless Republicans back it (illegals, prison, Mexico)

"I don't see any way of bringing an immigration bill to the floor that doesn't have a majority support of Republicans," Boehner told reporters after meeting with his caucus.
The House is controlled by Republicans and Boehner determines what legislation the chamber gets to vote on. The Senate is controlled by Democrats....Boehner did not address the issue and said the Senate's bill does not do enough to secure the southern border with Mexico. "I think the Senate bill is weak on border security. I think the internal enforcement mechanisms are weak and the triggers are almost laughable," he said.

Good I hope it dies.

As it stands it is a very bad bill. It does not secure the border. It rewards criminal behavior and does very little to address what is actually wrong with the current immigration system. It is a bill designed beginning to end to cater to illegals and their supporters. You watch the debates and see for yourself how many absolute holes are in it.
It doesn't call for deportation of People caught committing crimes like DWI, ID Theft/fraud. Crimes that can get any citizen sent to prison. Crimes that would get and legal immigrant deported.
This bill is bad for America and should be scrapped. They have made it overly complicated and for a reason. To confuse the masses into thinking it is good for us.
