And he didn't even need to be in particularly good shape. He had the form for you to know he has crossed before. This needs to be attached to the "Border Wall" topic one level above.

It doesn't matter how big or tall a fence is, there are going to be ways to get around it...

In the San Diego sector where there is the double-layered wall it cut down illegal immigration to a trickle. That isn't the type of wall/fencing we have on most of our souther border. It is nearly impossible to make it over both walls without the interception of the BP first. That is the type of wall that was approved by congress but never funded. Terrorists and criminals do not care about jobs or benefits they are here to harm us.

I can tear down a 18 foot fence without any equipments. Keep guard dogs on the fences.

It's not a fence but a double-layered wall that was approved by congress but was never finished because it didn't get funded. Guard dogs aren't a bad idea. At least you don't have to pay them a salary and beneifts. I am sure they could assist the BP very well.
