I support Giuliani because I think he's the person most likely to defeat Hillary Clinton in a national election. However, when it comes to the issues, the platform most similar to my beliefs is definitely that of Mitt Romney.

I don't understand how Giuliani calls himself Republican, he believes in abortion and isn't wanting to run the illegals out on a rail.

I can't see him getting the religious right behind him, if he fails to do that, I can't see him winning the race.

Bush certainly seems to be making little or no effort kick the illegals out-----and, he is a Republican as well.

As for the religious right: several of their icons in recent years have 'blown it' in the so-called morals department.

I completely agree with you, however its all about what your SAYING in politics, not what (or who) your doing.

I always have a little chuckle when another fundie is found in a compromising position. I heard a mention that they caught another closeted Republican with a male escort just the other night but I hadn't heard the name of the people involved.

I have been watching to see who the religious right is going to back. I read that Sam Brownbeck pulled out of the race. I can't see them backing Giuliana or Romney.

I'm not impressed with either party's crop of candidates. I'm not nuts about Hillary, and I voted for Clinton in 1996 and Gore in 2000.

Rudy will at least DO SOMETHING about illegal immigration. I like his plan. It makes the most sense. BUT, if you want OPEN borders then HillBill is your candidate!
