I know some Chinese seek asylum because of victim of serious human rights violation - tortured by their government.
Some do, but some also abuse the system. There are companies operating in the US today that do nothing but help Chinese people win bogus asylum claims.

So I guess if one has illegal immigrant relatives that makes it ok to protest our immigration laws and the enforcement of them in our streets? What makes anyone think their family members should be above our laws?

I for stuck in the illegal rally a few years ago in downtown Chicago and most were Mexican, carrying the Mexican flag and speaking Spanish. I didn't see many Asians.

As someone who knows plenty of Asians you'll have to try harder with that BS about people confusing Asians with Mexicans fantasy of yours.

What's clear is they need to be deported also.

I watched a May Day demonstration and it was all Mexicans. Asians are absent because there are much fewer (they tend to follow proper channels the whole) and, of course, they haven't been manipulated and charged up by politicians like that idiot Luis "One Issue" Gutierrez and other Crook County style Dems like Dick Durbin. That's who this is about - politicians. You sound like an unwitting pawn who means well, but doesn't really get it.
