Yes, America will be over once and for all. The problem is with so many here already and birthright citizenship, we pretty much have lost any hope for an America based on European culture and background.

I am going to address just your question.
If this reform goes through, then people that apply will be given "amnesty" from not being deported while they go thru the process. they would also have permission to work.
But they would have to completely go through the system and become citizens before they could even have a chance to apply for reunification.
Durring that process, they could only apply for immedieate family members. Mother, Father, Wife, Husband, or children.
No aunts uncles, cousins or anybody else that was not immedieate.
So most believe that the process of leagalization to citizenship would take 5 to 10 years .
Then the process to bring anyone over has been taking 10-12 years.
so at the earliset anyone could have relatives come here is 7-10 years.

I guess the USA is the only country in the world that isn't entitled to retain it's identity as a nation or it is considered racist. I don't have a problem with the melting pot concept where immigrants blend in with our society or natural changes. I certainly have a problem with unnatural and unlawful change to our culture and demographics via illegal immigration. Most citizens of any country would.

The fact that these illegals would be given anything but the boot out of our country is the objection by most of us. The rest of it no matter how long it takes is just icing on the cake for them.

Right.
It's about culture. America was built and formed on the basis of a European-cultural (right or wrong, through the ups and downs and good and bad and immoral and moral) background and will be entirely alien if we deny that from what it has been since formation.
Everyone ever to come here was expected to mesh into that culture - e pluribus unum. The dominant , the European-based culture, is what America was flourished under, not any other culture.

Just like Mexico became Hispanic culturally. What I find hypocritical are those who think it is racist for the USA to retain it's dominant culture and not lose it via illegal immigration would have a hissy fit if Mexico lost it's identity as a nation in the same way.

That was sarcasm.
Which European culture, exactly? They vary quite a bit. And if you say all of them, then you can't really complain about the increase of multiculturalism, a phenomenon that has literally always existed. America has never been homogenous.
Immigrants, even Hispanics, all eventually assimilate. That they might retain some of their original culture or influence existing culture is inevitable, the same as it was for all other immigrant groups, including Europeans. Or is it bad that the US celebrates St. Patrick's Day?

I suspect you haven't actually been to Mexico. Its culture has elements taken from the Spanish, not least of which is the largely Catholic religion, but there are also extremely strong and obvious indigenous influences in almost everything. Day of the Dead is decidedly not Spanish, for example.
And I ask again, what culture is dominant? "European" represents dozens of nations with different cultures.
