Yeah, but now things are accelerating, it was hard and slow to move from a de-facto dictatorship to a democratic system but the transition is in a mature stage now

I agree*

*This I will say: if Mexico were truly devastated like Alaska was after the 1964 earthquake; it would be wrong IMHO to forcibly deport the 12 odd million illegals here till conditions SOB were stabilized.

Should America allow large numbers of immigrants to come to our country after huge natural disasters?
Absolutely NOT! the mex gov't needs to take responsibility for their own disasters.

NO!!!! You don't see Americans running to another country when we have natural disasters. Why is it that they can't rebuild their own country? We don't owe them a thing.

Then fix it and stop constantly trying to use our country. The citizens of Mexico need to work on their own country and stop being cowards and always running to our country, especially since they know that the majority of Americans are sick of their taking from us constantly.

Why are you asking me to fix it? Do I look like Felipe Calderon to su merced? No doubt they need to work on their own country. With these past presidents that they've had they have surely come a long way since the P.R.I regime. And I don't think it is accurate to say they are running out of Mexico because they are Cowards-- and I think you know that. I'll let Travelling fella take it from here since I am not very familiar with Mexican politics.

If it is so much better, and you are helping yourselves, why do so many mean mexican illeagals come to my city every day?????
I say make sure they stay, we have enough illegal mexicans in this country now.

The US Citizens in Charlotte NC are moving further out of the city because of this. We shouldn't have to leave our homes due to being harrassed by illegal imigrants in OUR own country. If you don't like americans, of any color other than yourselves, GO BACK! Stop burning the American Flag and Waving the Mexican flag in our faces. If you are so proud of your country, again, GO BACK. Go away.

Yes, our city is getting trashed as most of Californian has. Signs in Spanish, with no English are going up everywhere. They should pull the troops from Iraq and put them on the mexican border.
