You do realize that you could be talking about 70% of white Americans with this statement.

Federal law says otherwise ... you know, the same federal legal system that protects your rights ... and protected the immigration and rights of your forefathers? Yeah, that system.

Just being born in this country shouldn't make you a citizen, despite what the law says. The law was written in a far different time under far different circumstances. It's outdated and out-of-touch with modern reality.

If you robbed a bank and donated the loot to charity, would you be absolved of guilt? Would the charity get to keep the money? No and no. So too, sneaking into this country illegally to have your anchor babies is wrong. You can't justify illegal means, no matter the outcome.

We wouldn't even need walls to keep these people out if we would just stop feeding them. Stop with all the bleeding heart BS, cut off all funding and support for illegals, and watch as the vast majority of them go back home. With no support or prospects in a foreign land, the majority of folks will go back home where they have at least some family and means of survival. Of course, if you're going to put them on the government payroll, give them free everything, and make their kids full-blown citizens then yes, they're going to swarm over in droves.

The fact of the matter is that most California voters are brainwashed idiots who have been raised to react to emotion instead of reason, who will gladly give away their freedoms and privileges that their forefathers died to provide them, as long as it's the PC thing to do and their twisted sense of compassion is fulfilled. Mindless lemmings voting themselves into destruction. Just be thankful your physical body isn't as warm, kind, compassionate, and tolerant as you are, otherwise you would've died as a newborn from the first germs you came into contact with.

While I agree with the concept that every citizen should have to earn their citizen status through some sacrifice and service, that isn't the law at this time ... so, these kids are receiving assistance as new citizens, like it or not.

That said, the rest of your post is pretty remarkable nonsense.
1. Your comparison to robbing a bank and giving to charity is a complete non-sequitur huh?

2. The vast majority of "them" have been going back since the recession hit (you need to keep up on your current events)

3. Where ever you got the "put them on the gov't payroll", and "give them free everything" would be interesting to know. If they were given "everything" they wouldn't likely work in the fields, and gardens, and construction dust as they do typically, now would they?

4. They're not "swarming over in droves" as pointed out in #2 above.

5. Idiots reacting to emotion instead of reason" sounds suspiciously like RWNJ, Glenn Beck, Rush Limbaugh listener tea-party members ... you should check that profile.

6. Your mention of giving away "freedoms and privileges that their forefathers died to provide them" is curiously contradictory to your position that "just being born in this country shouldn't make you a citizen" ... because you infer that you have "freedoms and privileges" / citizenship rights based on your forefathers' sacrifices ... in other words: for just being born a descendant. Make up your mind.

7. Your final statement about warm bodies and germs is a total mystery as to meaning and connection.

Now, perhaps you have served your country, as I have. But I am suspicious that perhaps you haven't done anything particular for your own citizenship. If that is correct then allow me to suggest you butt out of other peoples' journeys to America.

A big fat yawn @ the bigoted scapegoating rants.

There isn't an economist alive who believes that illegals are a detriment to the economy. They earn wages in fields that few citizens desire to work in, and recirculate their wages back into the economy (rent, gas, electricity, goods). They even pay taxes on services they do not personally qualify for--like social security. It is estimated that undocumented workers have contributed as much as 10% of the $2.7 trillion SS Trust Fund. Overall they are a benefit to the economy.

As for their kids--they're U.S. born citizens. The constitution says so. Get over it.

Not only that, they populate neighborhoods few want to live in, preventing Los Angeles from experiencing extreme urban decay you see in many other cities.

For now. A baby born to a foreign tourist or the spouse of a businessperson or military personal (or any other foreign transient) should not be automatically given US citizenship any more than the child of an illegal immigrant. They should be the nationality of their parents. As it stands they all are, but that will probably change in the future. Few countries convey birthright citizenship anymore and there are constant rumblings about a reinterpretation of the 14th Amendment.

There is so much wrong with that if you happen to be a blue collar citizen or legal immigrant.
