Ripping up this bill and passing a federal law to mandate E-Verify would work a whole lot better than this travesty.

At least this bill is a repub backed spending bill of sorts. It's not a particularly efficient way to spend to create jobs, but it would help a bit.

Yes, to you it is ... "all about amnesty." You're a one-trick pony. Continue to ignore the problem and it only gets worse. Maybe that's what you want. It would give you more to complain about.

The problem is that this bill ignores the problem.
The problem is a very unsecured border.
The problem is greedy employers are not held accountable.
The problem is Illegals are not held accountable.
The problem is we are enforcing current immigration laws.
This bill has 1 primary objective. Reward illegals for their crimes.
It is a bad bill.

Its not a particularly efficient bill by any measure because it is a bad bill.
Help a bit?
Why not just pass several smaller bills that would help a lot?

Me ignoring the problem ?

ROFL..our government has "ignored the problem" for over 30 years now.
State and Federal government agencies allow the "illegals" to enroll in our social programs.
We actually send school buses to the border crossing to pick up Mexican kids and drive them to US schools each day.
Sanctuary cities and states declared they would welcome illegals.
We guarantee illegals education, food and medical for their kids.

Tell me again just who is "ignoring" the problem ?

Border control is a farce.

Mandate e-verify and shut down all means tested welfare programs.
Then leave the borders open. See how many come when we have no welfare programs for them.
When they get more benefits in their home country then you'll see less coming over here.
