Good, well-written post, though...other than the few mistakes I just pointed out..
I don't know why you would think the "They look like wet backs" comment goes under the good post column. Because we know that not all illegals are from Mexico-- never mind that they are the majority.

Pro, if you'd get over yourself for a second you'd see that macmeal thoroughly destroyed EVERYTHING noillegals posted. He left nothing that could be considered 'good', you're just so wound up hunting for something to be offended over that you completely missed it.

Moving from here at husband's retirement (I can work freelance anywhere) now resembles the astronauts' countdown, we are that anxious to leave these pervasive and specific unpleasantnesses behind.

Here's a look at McGonigle Canyon in San Diego County...

There seems to be plenty of homeless illegals in this area...

Thanks for the backup, GuyP..you're right..my post basically disavowed the entire previous one.....(in other words, ProLogic, I told 'noillegals' that "I agree with everything, except every one of your points"....just a little sarcasm, there..

That was 2005:
Immigration Watchdog » Migrant Encampments

Here is what happened:

I said, HOMELESS BEGGAR. Never seen one. Just because they are living in a shack doesn't mean they are beggars. They're probably, Jornaleros.

Who gives a whit what they are called? They are illegals and hence criminals and should be deported immediately.

Let me offer you my thoughts on immigration. I have NO problem with hardworking, clean, decent law abiding folks coming from anywhere to make a good life here. That is what we are about as Americans.
What I struggle with is this, and it's a sincere question, with no disrespect intended.
Our ancestors defied the "crown" crossed the ocean, fought the "crown" again on this soil, fought eachother, disease, famine, fire and flood, the Indians and otheres to gain this country. And here we are, the world's greatest country so they say.
Why won't Mexicans overthrow their own government to have the lifestyle and freedoms that they want? I'm sure a number of Americans would support this!
Certainly the Mexican people outnumber the politicians?
I've heard scary things about Mexican government, but in truth, I know very little.
Maybe you can share your insights with me?
Thank you.
Well you asked the Mexican girl why they just dont overthrow their govt to have the lifestyles and freedoms like we have. Afterall.....the people outnumber the crooked politicos right?

Well what about us overthrowing this corrupt govt right here in the USA? Isnt it time? Dont throw suggestions to them when this govt is just as bad or worse.

Just think...demand we get rid of the useless 2 party system. Stop hand outs to illegals, develop a national health care system, abolish the IRS, and on and on.

When your all ready I am first volunteer on line and armed.

And people saying mexicans take their job,and therefore that is why they dont have a job is just an excuse to not work. Us mexicans and people from other places (not born in the US) we are here to better our selves, and we dont put any excuses.

What do you see in Mexico?

And, no, you are NOT here to better yourselves....you're here to send money back to Mexico.
How dare YOU comment on Americans based on your tiny life and what YOU, an illegal, see or don't see....read a book, newspaper, anything on the internet, magazine, news show lately ??? NO, you haven't. You know NOTHING about America except that you can get money ILLEGALLY here.

Don't you DARE call me lazy...I did jobs YOU COULDN'T do!
And I have worked with lazy slobs of just about every nationality so keep your damn racist statements to your self!
Why the mods didn't delete your post is a wonder?????

Illegals don't do jobs that Americans won't do....YOU and other illegals will just do ANYTHING to make a buck !
If we accepted YOUR low standards we'd all be working 7 days a week , 12 hours a day every day for peanuts!
That's what spineless, scared, brainless people do!...We don't want the United States turned INTO a 3rd world country with YOUR standards.
