So, now the school and police department will not obey the law by calling ICE, because ICE followed the laws, and deported the family (not to mention the kid had drugs).

That's just great.

Default Free education

Yes it is the School systems responsibility to provide a free education, but it isn't free. In NJ where per pupil costs exceed 10,00 per year in some districts, I'd call that far from free to the American Tax Payer. Sorry but it is the law abiding American tax payers children whose education suffers because of the illegals and I can't afford to educate their kids, pay their medical, suppliment their heating costs or any other social service.

There is a simple term for this approach . . . AIDING AND ABETTING CRIMINALS.

Perfume this pig any way you wish but this kid and his parents are in this country ILLEGALLY and need to be deported.

He broke the law with the dope and needs to be dealt with appropriately.

and, by the way, I live in Tucson and am embarrassed with this ridiculous decision.
