1) You argue (without foundation) that I'm merely presenting my perception of things. Not true. I filled out the forms, I trained and hired the guys, I doled out the paychecks. I'd call that reality........First Hand. There's similar threads on the boards here and all over the internet, where several contractors echo the same lack of "American" help

2) You have no clue about my ideology. I don't pay attention to the commentary on fox because that's exactly what it is by their own admission - commentary. That being said, I also don't watch any network news because you won't find the truth there either.
Why Millennials Should Abandon Fox News, CNN, and MSNBC

3) At least 75% of all illegals come from Latin America....and when most people speak of illegal immigration, that's what they're speaking about. Demographics of Immigrants in the US Illegally: Countries of Origin, States of Residence, and Employment Data, 2000-2008 - Illegal Immigration - ProCon.org Maybe things are different on your planet.

4) Having fallen way short with your International SS agreement link - What's this agreement with Mexico that you speak of?

5) I have reasonable doubt that you've ever met an illegal, let alone worked beside one. So in my opinion, you're talking out your bum. You and your ilk seldom have practical experience when it comes to the immigration issue but you put your faith in whatever the neocon flavor of the month is.
NOT wanting illegal aliens in the US ain't "narrow minded". Mexico doesn't like them, Spain doesn't like them, Italy doesn't like them and so on. So would YOU call all those countries "narrow minded"? Sheesh!

Per TOS, personal attacks are not allowed, just thought I would remind you of that

and yes it is, first of all, you don't have to own your own business to know this and the fact that your thinking is narrow minded to suggest that there is only one avenue of analyzing a situation speaks volumes for your mental capacity. I will clarify it for you in easier terms then. What I am saying is that I have been in charge of employees and have had kids work under me before. I have also worked with them at other jobs before. A person doesn't need to own a business to know this or figure it out. As for being lazy, yeah right. That's why when I went into subway some time ago, there was a kid(guy) SITTING DOWN while two girls were making sandwiches(they were older). I told the girl that I would never hire someone under 18 unless I absolutely had to. She understood where I was coming from.

Uh; you're supposed to use the "report" button instead of posting in a thread. I've used it a few times.

I was trying to not go that route, but who says I didn't?

Should I remind you that trolling is also against the ToS? Doesn't seem to have an effect on you though, yet, although some of your posts have been deleted already. Mods already got rid of ol' segwaywheeler for trolling, you may be next.

My thinking is narrow minded, my mental capacity? LMFAO

So now you are changing the goal post to kids under 18, or are you going to use the 18 and older are considered adults argument?

So one "kid" sitting down while 2 others were working....maybe he was on break, maybe he wasn't clocked in yet and got to work early, maybe he was simply waiting for his ride to pick him up. But I like how you seem to be so narrow minded that he must simply be lazy.

If you know for a fact he was on the clock and sitting down, then you should make that claim, as it is, you haven't shown anything other than your assumption.

Nice try though, heaven forbid we challenge your mental capacity, imjusayn.

I am not trolling, but stating a simple fact.

The "kid" was behind the counter. He was not "on break" nor was he "waiting for a ride". He also was working at first when I came in and then he just stopped and well sat down, so now it's not narrow minded for me to think that when it's obvious that he is just lazy. Along with the millions of other kids out there. I must not be the only one that thinks that either. I just came from a place a little while ago. The sign said, "Now hiring, must be 18 to apply"

You see, you have now added more info to your original claim. You still make the assumption that he needs to be doing something, it doesn't take 3 people to make a sandwich. Nothing is obvious, you still make assumption based on what you perceive. Your claim of him "working" and then "just stopping and sitting down", still proves nothing, as you haven't a clue as to his being on the clock or not or what his job title or description is.

Do you know why they "must be 18" to apply? HINT: it has to do with insurance purposes for the job.

As I previously stated, you know very little and make assumption and claim it as fact.

Ok, dude, bro, seriously. I know what I saw. I know what was going on because I was there. Where you? Why are you even trolling these forums? Why are you arguing with me for something that I saw and I am telling. When there are a line of people, yes you do, but he just sat there all of a sudden and they had to get someone else to start making sandwiches and the girls kept giving each other looks. Lol, believe it if you want, I don't care all I know is that I(and others around me) have worked with kids and have hired kids and they are not really good workers at all. I still would rather hire an illegal than a kid and i'm sticking to that fact.

P.S Counter-Hint: No it doesn't, the place hired me when I was a teen and they recently hired a 17 yr old that I know. Something must have changed and I doubt it was for "insurance purposes" and how would you know? Do you work there?
