I agree 100%, Alanboy . . . this "victim card" has been BEATEN TO DEATH when illegals are involved.
Illegals are anything but "victims" here in the United States. They may qualify for "victim status" in their own country, however, I believe victims of stupidity and greed would be more appropriate. |

It is LOSE not LOOSE.
Also addressing it as "Sand Diego" is pretty silly, hopefully you don't really do that.
If you want your letter to be taken seriously, I think you should revise it to be a little less aggressive, and little more unique and logical. You're asking it to go right into the "raged anti-illegal pile".
Again just trying to help a fellow american out, no matter what your point of view is, you are allowed to voice it.

Well, just got on the board, and we have a couple of issues here. Some I'll handle privately with posters, but the basic problem is the letter itself.
I have no problem with the content, but the source needs to be better understood for this thread to continue. If the OP is the writer, that needs to be stated. If it an "open" letter, then the source needs to be identified, the letter summarized in the OP, and the letter itself set up as a link in the OP.
Thread closed until this is resolved. Once resolved, I'll open it back up as appropriate.
