Wow, the full blown entitlement snake has risen it's ugly head. The thing is, there is no "limbo". Their status is illegal and deport-able. Something they can easily fix by leaving.
But many of the “Dreamers,” young people who could benefit by the act, said they are not willing to leave their parents in legal limbo at a time when the Senate bill provides a broader path for almost all immigrants in the country to become legal.
True, last week there was a big protest here, big mexican flags and all, they were protesting against the amnesty bill of the senate. They want zero enforcement of the border, they want all fences taken down, not more put up. They are opposed to any talk of future limits on illegal entries.

Forget the fact most are here illegally. Why in the hell put up with people like this. Who lack respect for the US laws. What in the hell makes this one race more special then the others.
They want they want, all about them, their life, and to hell with what Americans think.
Maybe most of us ought to try and break the laws, enter into Mexico illegally, demands rights and see how americans are treated there.

So, people who want an amnesty bill are protesting against an amnesty bill?

Media in the El Paso area estimated it as 250 people, and it was almost dismissed for lack of permits. I'm checking with an organizer about the "big Mexican flags", I certainly didn't see any myself in pictures of the event. It just sounds like the hyperbole you wrap everything in.

Yes. They thought the amnesty would be a total free-for-all, and would allow for unlimited future immigration of their people. They're furious that there might be any enforcement of immigration laws or limits of any kind. The open borders crowd intends to have no border, no immigration laws.

Yeah, those laws about getting permits for their protests --- just another American law these people feel they can break.
Too bad the ICE van didn't sweep them all up and take them back home.
Leaders of Presente.org, the nation’s largest online Latino advocacy organization, took the step of opposing the broader immigration bill altogether, saying in a statement they could not “in good conscience” stand by it if it is also “guaranteed to increase death and destruction through increased militarization of the border.”
Its provisions, the toughest in the history of border-enforcement buildup, got Mexico to break its silence on Tuesday, when Foreign Minister José Antonio Meade told reporters: “Fences do not unite us. They are not the solution to the migratory phenomenon and are not consistent with a secure and modern border.”
