Not true, but the fact is that an executive order cannot be used in the way Rubio thinks it can be used, so there won't be a need to undo anything.

I doubt the right-wingers attacking Rubio this week really care about the actual legitimacy of their criticisms. That's not their concern. He failed to tow the party line, so it's lunchtime in GOPville - today's entree: Rubio.

Having said that, the argument that makes the most sense to me is that he publicly supported immigration reform in Congress, and now doesn't even mention it while campaigning. I think it is pretty weak to call that a flip-flop - there are better words for it (i.e., being excessively opportunistic; blatantly political; deceptive to supporters - take your pick) - but again that doesn't matter. He's not walking lock-step, therefore they attack.

Note: It's not right wingers who started the attack on Rubio here over something that doesn't even seem to be true.

Rubio is fiercely pro-amnesty, so of course the anti-immigration people will attack him.

I wonder what your position would be if someone else used Newsmax for a source?

Besides, it didn't address my point.

I'm still waiting for an explanation on what position he changed here.

I used Newsmax as a source for what right-wingers are saying. Any time you want to use Newsmax as a source for what right-wingers are saying, go right ahead. I'll back you up. Trying using it as a source of actual news, and your attempt will get all the disrepute it deserves.

Of course it did. You seem to be frustrated that your ridiculous attempt to change what I said into something you can argue against failed. I wrote, "I doubt the right-wingers attacking Rubio this week really care about the actual legitimacy of their criticisms." It is what I wrote, and it is what my comment supported.

Note: It is not right wingers attacking him here with unsubstantiated claims.
