Mayor Sanders, I would like to let you know that although I personally have no interest in voting for or against gay marriage in San Diego, I would like to thank you for your stand on the issue. It shows me that you are very concerned with the Constitution and the powers it designates. Since it clearly states a separation of church and state, I feel that it has no place in politics at all from a Constitutional stand point. I admire you for standing up to your convictions and representing the Constitution in this matter. After all, the Constitution is law and that act shows me how concerned you are with upholding the law in your community.
That being said, I would like to talk to you about an incident in San Diego that has been covered up and portrayed in a negative light by those of us involved on the lawful aspects of our city.
November 13th was my first visit to McGonigle Canyon in Northern San Diego where there were between 300 and 2000 illegal alien squatters at any given time living for over 2 decades.
This was brought to my attention by a report done by Ana Garcia from NBC where they sent an undercover migrant to live in the canyon for 30 days.
We were there to clean up trash that had been left behind in the canyon by the illegal dwellers. That day, I was threatened arrest for picking up what used to be a radio that was found in at least a dozen different pieces, wires hanging out, etc. Claudia Smith, an unlicensed attorney who frequently represents and assists illegal aliens in their plight of destroying American citizens who oppose this criminal activity was there. She asked officer Martinez and Munoz, the migrant liaisons to arrest me for theft. The officers proceeded to comply with her requests so I left the broken radio and filled up about a dozen other bags of trash that were to be hauled off later by other volunteers.
After that cleanup, the group I was with received letters from attorneys telling us that we would be sued for theft on behalf of these illegal aliens living in that canyon.
That was kind of strange given that the City, and police officials are all over the news that week saying that they had evicted everyone in the canyon and anyone found down there would be arrested for trespassing.

Enrique Morones also had a meeting with City officials “working out a plan” as he stated in a news interview, to keep us away from the canyon.
Well, curiosity killed the cat. I trespassed, 4-5 times that month. During these so called criminal activities of American citizens and residents trespassing in this canyon, we had found things such as drugs and paraphernalia, evidence of sexual activity, a make shift grave and sacrificed animals, bones and shells that we had later found to be part of a Santeria Cult that was prevalent in the canyon, in addition to many workers still living there after this “eviction.”
Upon each of these discoveries, law enforcement personnel was notified. During one visit with SDPD escort, I was able to interview a migrant that I had seen there previously who not only confirmed that the sex trafficking was in fact still going on, but that the girls were 13 years old and younger at times.
Now I want to make it very clear that I am not against the workers. I had a great relationship with some and had even brought them things to aid their comfort while being forced to live in those inhumane conditions. We were there to expose the people responsible for the migrants living in these conditions in the first place. Some of the migrants even invited me into their homes.
On the week of November 25th after speaking with the migrant still living in the canyon we had done a bit more ‘tresspassing’ in the canyon to see if the trafficking was still going on. On the 25th, we found evidence suggesting that it was in fact still alive and well, and even videotaped people going in and out of the part of the canyon that was covered up with duct tape, trash bags and filled with cardboard covers, blankets, condoms, beer bottles, toilet paper and magazines. There was even a carving on the tree they regularly met at, that suggested the girls were going for $30.
That week, one of the residents I was with and the leader of a group called the SDMM, turned in evidence and made calls alerting the city and SDPD what we had found. It was a well known fact that it happened every Wednesday and Saturday at the same time and place. What we saw just confirmed that it was still going on.
We were told by Captain Boyd Long that there would be undercover in the canyon the following Saturday, 12/2/06 to make sure no more girls were being trafficked through that canyon.
I spent at least 11 hours hiding in the bushes that day. There were no police. We watched the girls with our own eyes. After we were sure there were no police there to break up the incident, we all called it in.
To make a long story even longer, police reluctantly came but informed us that if we did not have “the exchange of money on video, the evidence would not hold up in a court of law.”
Yes, that may be true, but our concern was for the under age looking girls that were brought in to the canyon that day for sexual favors, and their safety. Why was that not the concern of the police?
Once again, I was threatened with arrest for trespassing while the police refused to go in and look for the girls. On their way out of the canyon their last words to me was, “Be careful in there, they have guns you know…”
So, I did what any other human would do and decided to go in for myself and see if we could break it up. We were successful in that, as they were running around out of the bushes, but we couldn’t chase them…so we waited for things to quiet down, then went in to the grove to see if we could find the girls since we hadn’t seen them leave the area. I made friends with 2 of the people involved in the grove that day who took me directly to the crime scene. I do have some video of this, but did not want to let them know I was documenting their actions for my own safety.
There we confirmed there were at least 2 girls that we had reported we had seen before we called the police. I know this because I saw and filmed two different pairs of shoes, clothes and rooms that were quartered for their activities that afternoon. I also found tampons and dozens of freshly used condoms, some still dripping wet along with the tarps, trash bags, beer bottles, duct tape toilet paper and x rated magazines and pictures.
We also recovered a backpack from that night that was full of more condoms, toilet paper, lubricant and other items used in sexual encounters. We immediately called law enforcement again from ICE agents to SDPD, DHS and the FBI. In fact, we even brought the backpack to your office when we met with you in January after everyone else in SDPD refused to accept it. Surprisingly, you didn’t want to touch it either.
Shortly after that meeting, my house in Chula Vista was raided. The accusations on the affidavit for the search warrant stated that I was in the canyon on 1/27/2007 not only vandalizing trash in this illegal encampment but stealing computers, electronics and jewelry all the while chasing them with knives and videotaping. Basically the only thing missing from this comical search warrant was. “…and the cow jumped over the moon.”
I’m sure that was the only search warrant in history granted on a suspected misdemeanor vandalism. That comedy routine could possibly be believable if I was in town at the time they say this occurred. Cell phone records and a gas receipt prove it was impossible I was there when they say this occurred, in addition to the 40 affidavits, videos and pictures I have stating where people did see me that day and what time.
The report on NBC called this a misdemeanor vandalism, while Claudia Smith was calling for hate crime charges against me and 5 others. At the time they had named me as the only recognizable vandal there for the day….well, they thought it was me because they said they saw a 6 foot blond go in to the canyon. Could not have been me since I had just got my hair done 2 days before this and it was anything but blonde as referenced by my receipts from the salon, dated pictures and videos and the front page of the Orange Country Register that I was on ironically for an event that I really was at in Orange County on the day they said I was in the canyon in San Diego vandalizing abandoned trash.
Now if that wasn’t interesting enough, it is common knowledge that these camps had been cleaned out numerous times before they got a search warrant on my house for this suspected misdemeanor vandalism. NBC showed a couple reports of the canyon being bulldozed that month that are still available online for your review and the last known cleanup by Cal Trans that month was on 1/24… 3 days before I supposedly did all these things written in the search warrant.
In the raid they came and took my computers, cameras and all media. This shut my life down completely and they have refused to communicate with me since.
There have been no charges brought against me for this misdemeanor vandalism, but they have yet to return the rest of my property, namely my childrens’ computer. It has been 8 ½ months since this raid and I have yet to receive any help or even a returned phone call. I made it very clear that I would cooperate with any investigation they had going on and even offered to help them find what they were looking for. Of course I was ignored and was never even brought in for questioning, interrogation or a lie detector test that I had publicly asked for.
I have called and emailed detective Lenhart, the person responsible for this unlawful search and seizure upon my home, resulting in the loss of my new job that was supposed to begin on 2/12 and even much more serious criminal activity and slander I’ve suffered because of this false raid. I have only been able to get a hold of him once in April where he hung up on me, then someone from the SDPD called me to tell me that recording that was illegal. Just so you know, I was not recording my phone call, I was recording myself with my video camera…something I learned to do after I found myself entangled in an evil web of lies with a city that frequently makes up fake charges on law abiding American citizens to appease special interests, and who clearly does not represent the citizens of the city in which they were elected to serve.
The John Monti or Francisca Galvan cases are perfect examples of that. In each of these cases against people involved with Minuteman or related groups, all charges have been dropped, yet the lies and harassment continue.
I was calling him to find out why I didn’t receive everything back in tact and what to do about the things on my computer that were mysteriously changed, like switching the dates on events of 1/27 to dates that neither my computer or my camera even existed!
I have written you emails as well, to each of you, asking for assistance with this theft on my property under the color of the law to no avail.
I did however get a return phone call from a nice detective who is not even on this case, a HUGE waste of tax dollars might I add, who informed me that they were keeping my childrens’ computer to make sure it wasn’t stolen.
They have already been provided with everything they need to make sure my computer was not stolen when I bought it 4 years ago, and still have yet to respond. Why is it that no one from the city can respond?
I am amazed at what lengths this city will go through to prosecute law abiding citizens that oppose the special treatment given to foreign nationals as is referenced in your 6.18 code about dealing with illegal aliens. They are using our Constitution against us and the City of San Diego is facilitating this! The city has clearly gone out of their way to deny my rights as a citizen of this country as is referenced in many of my videos. I will be here next week to share more of that with you as I have tried to get in touch with you all to resolve this peaceably.
Since this incident, the numerous officers of the SDPD have clearly gone out of their way to encourage me to break a law so they are justified in arresting me for something, just to save their own behinds in these Gestapo like tactics and instruction manual of what not to do when you are a public servant.
I am confident, and all the evidence clearly shows that these are isolated incidents, only against me. They have resorted to physically attacking me, pushing me around, segregating and ignoring me when I am physically attacked, allowing the opposition to intimidate me and incite violence against me. All it takes for me to be attacked is to simply wake up, walk out my door and show up at a public place or publicly advertised open to the public events on public property in almost any area of San Diego. I have consistently been denied my rights to peacefully assemble, my rights to free speech and with the search warrant my right to a fair trial, privacy and unlawful search and seizure. Maybe they aren’t charging me with this because they know it was a bogus case to begin with? Maybe they aren’t charging me because they know I’m poor and if they do charge me they will have to provide me an attorney that will debunk everything they wrote in the affidavit for the search warrant against me…?

I have been slandered and defamed because of this fake crime that has followed me since, even including limiting my ability to find a job to provide for my family.
What’s even more concerning is the fact that when crimes are committed against me, no one does a thing, even from when I got shot at by one of the people defaming me because of these slanderous claims. This was also in San Diego County where I was told I lied about being shot at, even though they never went to the scene, looked for the shells or talked to the other witnesses that were shot at!
I am on video getting beat up numerous times and the police won’t act. My house has been burglarized more than once, bank account broken in to, tires slashed, my van vandalized and my old Honda completely totaled by vandals right on front of my house! Do you think the police even showed up to take pictures? One of the times my van was vandalized the police told me they won’t take a report because it was a misdemeanor. I asked him to define the difference between a misdemeanor and a felony vandalism, since my house had just been raided over suspected vandalism. He said a felony would be over $1000 in value. I asked him where I could get my car painted for less than 1000. Maybe you know of a place? Of course the people who did it got away, as did the rest of the people who assaulted me on video multiple times and threatened to kill me and my children in front of SDPD. The reports of the so called vandalism in the canyon totaled $600 according to the search warrants and the news, but SDPD found a way to get not only 1, but 3 search warrants on American citizens’ homes for a suspected misdemeanor vandalism? Why did they not even try to ask where I was or what I knew? It is common knowledge that I have always been cooperative with law enforcement, even when I am guilty of something. Don’t believe me? Go look up my record from when I got a DUI 4 years ago. I was wrong, the police asked me how much I had to drink and I told them, put myself in the drunken driving classes immediately and plead guilty, despite what the public defender was advising me to do. I was guilty, I deserved to pay. If I am guilty for trespassing, arrest me for trespassing. But that’s where we have to look at how the selective un-justice system in San Diego is being used. In my experience the only people that ever get in trouble for anything are the legal residents who dare to speak out about these problems. There is a clear misuse of power used to intimidate myself and others from talking about these issues openly. I have been told to shut my mouth from police, detectives and even anonymous calls from people claiming to be ex-detectives from the SDPD. Why are they always threatening to arrest us, but continue to allow the illegal aliens special rights when they are committing the same offense such as trespassing, or worse in other cases?
I have Captain CJ Ball on video not only denying my rights, but going out of his way to find a reason to arrest me, provoke me, get in my face then lie and say I did that to him. He is even seen on video going around telling police to ignore me, while asking other officers to do the same and not even give me their names or take reports when I’m assaulted again.
I have Captain McElroy representing himself as a federal agent while he was denying our attendance at another public event and separating us by color here on the streets of San Diego in 2007!
In the country I grew up in, we were taught to trust our law enforcement. This has been a severe blow to my beliefs and everything I thought I knew. I used to assume that I could trust anyone in a uniform, because after all, they were the law. Now I fear them, and rightfully so. I cringe every time my door bell or phone rings, wondering which law enforcement agency is going to harass me today.
How many times do I need to beg for help? I’m not asking for much. I want only to be treated fairly and equally! When police refuse to take reports of real incidents, refuse to investigate and lose reports of all cases that I am a victim of, there is a problem. Who do I trust? Where can I turn? I thought that it was your job to protect my rights as a citizen, not actively suppress them.
These are blatant violations of my civil rights that I would like the city to address.
I am still available to discuss these things with you to come to a peaceful resolution.
