This would backfire and ultimately end up supporting the illegals families. They would kill the alligators, eat them and use their skin to make shoes and belts.

I'm guessing the reason you thought Mexico would pollute the Rio Grande is because of the high level of lawlessness and poverty in Mexico. How Mexico treats the enviornment has no correlation with these problems? Ay Cabran!
