Do a search on TN and NC. As was just said, they stopped because of the negative impact. I remember seeing something on TV about TN or NC they said the lines at DMV were out the door. Legal citizens had to wait hours to get service because of the number of illegals and they had problems with fraud (voter maybe?).

I just found it - North Carolina.

You are right, the Governor here in TN got a lot of flack over issuing license to illegals and stopped it. When we moved back to TN from FL last year I had to show my Birth Certificate, Social Security Card and a utility bill in my name to get my FL license transfered.

so basically, tn and nc have crappy voting regulations. thats easily repaired. is that all?
