Someone suggested that these sex offenders being released are NOT here illegally, therefore they would be here legally --- and I said IF that's the case, we've got a major problem with the legal immigration system.
It's one thing for rapists to sneak over the border, it's quite another if our legal system actually ALLOWS them to come on in. Shouldn't there be very thorough background checks done on all immigrants? Shouldn't they be of good character? At least harmless types?
