a rolex is a luxury. you would be stealing 100% of it without giving anything back. that is a far cry from an applicable analogy to our immigration situation. nice try, though.

Good idea! When someone turns in a tax cheat to the IRS they give the informant a 10% reward on all taxes recovered. The same thing could apply to illegal aliens. Seize all assets using RICO type laws, (they shouldn't be here so any assets they have are deemed illegally obtained), and give the guy who turned them in a 10% reward.

If the mother came here specifically to "drop" a child this side of the border so that she could collect food stamps, medicaid, and WIC.... then yes, the baby should be sent home with the mother because "being American" necessitates a conscious decision to do more than just come here and benefit economically. Social service abusers are not welcomed. We have enough "citizen" social service abusers to worry about without dealing with SOB's refuse.

It's time to re-write citizenship laws in this country: Be born to a parent that is a US citizen (mother OR father), or become naturalized through legal channels.

"accept their contributions" . . . that is ridiculous, GHOST

Are you implying or suggesting they are contributing their services in exchange for absolutely nothing in return?

how can any newborn baby make a conscious decision? the 14th amendment clearly states anyone born in US jurisdiction is a citizen.

The fact is we aren't talking about U.S. citizens. This is an immigration board.
