So, I'm reading this article (it is front page at Yahoo.com) and I'm just seeing one lie and misleading statement after another and I can't believe it. One quote says, "These children love this country as much as they love their own home," and then he corrects himself to say, "uh, they really don't have another home." Then one person says that they pledge their allegiance to the United States in classrooms everyday. Really? Seems to me that doing the pledge of a allegiance before each school day was a dying out thing a long time ago. Especially in schools that prefer to wave the Mexican flag instead of the U.S. flag.

Also, there is President Obama's quote about how MOST Americans support this. We all know that polls aren't accurate and even if they were, most people aren't aware of what this bill would lead to. If they knew, they definitely wouldn't support it. If people were educated on this bill things would be different.

They have shown so much hypocrisy of their "allegiance" to America its ridiculous. After SB1070 passed, you saw them covering themselves in American flags and professing their love for this nation and then a matter of days later on Cinco de Mayo, they are show their true colors once more.

I didn't see this one specifically in the article, but it makes me laugh every time I hear it. "They don't speak the language of the country of their birth"....then " they're a wonderful asset because they're bilingual!" HUH????

This says it all on where they're allegiance lies.

It sure aren't Americans who are putting up all the foreign flags.
