Per the Terms of Service:

English is the only language to be used this board, use translation software if needed.

Difference in requirements likely has to do with income aspect, posters aren't compensated so EEOC wouldn't be a consideration.

Terms for employment of my company: Speak English or look for another job. If companies can require Spanish in order to be employed with them, I see no problem with my new policy.

We have two men here who speak the same dialect of Chinese but I have never heard them speak Chinese to each other. We have two people from Vietnam, a man and a woman; and I've never heard them speak Vietnamese to each other. The only other language I hear at work besides English is, of course, Spanish.

Yes, you know we're always meaning "Spanish" when we talk about people not using English, wanting for US to accommodate THEM. Don't know how this country has just gone up s--t creek with this nonsense.
