JAN 1. Illegal Immigration Law
Do you believe the January 1st Illegal Immigration law causing all employers to verify legal workers in Arizona will hurt or benefit the state of Arizona? Do you believe illegal immigrants will leave and the businesses will stop or continue to hire them? Oklahoma's economy is hurting from losing 75,000 illegals. I could only manage what will happen if Arizona loses 500,000 illegals.

It'll never be implemented. It will die in the liberal mess that is the 9th Circuit Court.
But I support it like about 80% of Arizonans do. There will be pain - taking that many out of the workforce is going to cause all kinds of problems. But at some point, we need to quit making excuses, get control of the situation, and THEN allow legal immigration as required to supply much-needed additional workers. Who knows, maybe we'll all like illegals more when we don't have them to kick around anymore.

If we have to depend on illegal aliens in our country then there is a big problem that has to be corrected. It may be painful, tuff love, but the problem MUST be corrcted. We CANNOT have a foriegn country exsisting I our country.
If you can't afford American gardeners DO YOU OWN WORK! Same with all other stuff. Don't open a resturant if you can't afford to hire Americans. And so on and so forth. Anyone who does is a"COMOCAPTIALIST". This is a group of people who brainwash people into believeing that illegals, (or lets call them a type of slave), are good for the country, and we mustn not be rascist.
Getting rid of the illegal aliens will be like getting rid of the BLACK PLEAGUE. Once the pleague was gone the working people that were left became wealthier, because the rich basturds that had the workers pitted against one another ,had to do two things; they had to pay people a decent wage rather than just enough money to stay alive,(they had to share their wealth). And they had to work, also.

Put the lazy people to work...cut welfare !! Only those that truly cannot work should get assistance.
I'm all for getting rid of the illegals...but make sure you have plan to fill in the Gaps!! If not then there will be a hefty price to pay...everyone ready to be price gouged in areas other then gas prices?

If we are facing a recession, then perhaps there will be more McJobs for us when they leave. Personally, I hope they go home and come back the right way, with health checks and criminal background checks.

How many illegals does Phoenix have? I really wonder.
I also wonder if a city losses 500,000 people then things have to turn bad for a while. Why? Because Houses sit empty, TV's go unsold, Cars go unsold, even happy meals go unsold
...Your city can turn into Detroit or Philly (not a good thing)

Won't be that kind of problem. Many are leaving now.
What will happen is that there will be far less financial burdens on the AZ taxpayers - more money will become available to improve schools, roads, healthcare services etc.
Jobs that become open will be filled
New, legal residents are coming, in droves each month - those empty homes will not be empty for long -
The benefits outweigh any negatives IMO

Trust me. That is some wishful thinking. Schools and health care are not top priorities and will see no increase in spending. The roads might get better because they will fix a road before they fix a school.
