Why should they stop? The 9TH circuit court of appeals is the most liberal pro-illegal alien circuit in the nation.

Personally, I think we may be seeing a showdown that could work itself all the way up to SCOTUS. If Bush did anything right in his presidency it was appoint the two conservative justices. They very well may decide issues that will affect immigration law and policy for generations.

The Pro-Illegals seem to have a major problem with the term ILLEGAL.
