Any more elementary responses you might want to add to that?

Not elementary at all. Put a bounty for illegals caught and held and they have to be alive and no beatings or anything. There are tons that know where illegals live and work.

Illegals are costing us a bundle of bucks now. A fence at any price will be a bargain compared to allowing a continued influx of millions more. One state, CA, spent over $1 billion in unreimbursed care on illegals in one year. That's pathetic.

In California, hospitals spent more than $1 billion in 2005 on health care for illegal immigrants that was not reimbursed by federal or state programs, according to federal government estimates. Meanwhile, the state received $66 million in federal money in 2005. The county received about $1.4 million.

Once again:
1. cut off the jobs
2. cut off the benefits
3. no more anchors
4. make it clear there will be no amnesty
and the majority will leave on their own. Find the minority that doesn't leave and tell them they need to return to their home country.

Yep, the same old propaganda video. I love how you keep trying to use it to prove your points when all of us know all about these type of videos.

Andrea's right. There have been an increasing number of new articles/reports about towns (such as Hazelton) that have noticed a significant decrease in their illegal population by the removal of financial and social incentives.
But, if someone identifies with illegal population or their "plight" in some way, he might be attached to the idea of amnesty at an emotional level, all the while believing himself to be arguing from genuine logic.

There was no propaganda in that video, just like the anchor said, just the facts. All politics aside. If you don't find a UC economics professor a valid source of information I don't know what is. Yet when people post articles off of immigrationwatchdog.com they are valid? LOL!

Propaganda and nothing else. Apparently you have no idea what the meaning of the word PRPAGANDA means. Look it up and use a dictionary. University of California is enough to tell anyone to be careful of what he says.

Hmm.. your saying a UC Economics professor is a propagandist. Someone who is is taught to be as less bias as possible. Your posts are making perfect sense to me.

Perhaps you guys are unaware of the program in Maricopa County: The have a "Hotline" for citizens to call and report suspected illegal immigrants - it has been wildly successful - 100's have been detained and deported
