Holder Warns Public Schools Against Rejecting Immigrants - Bloomberg
The refusal to accept the reason for the drastic decline in education in the U.S. is disturbing. It is because of the large amount of immigrant children dragging down the education system. When children don't speak the language, and often never attending public education in their native Third World nation, it causes a strain on the education system, often requiring bilingual and remedial education which is far more expensive to the tax payer.

Financially strapped school districts across the country are going to be forced to accommodate the special educational needs of these children at substantial cost and effort---both of which will come at the expense of educating the children of tax paying American citizens.

I don't know why we have a policy of educating anyone in our country illegally. It is ludicrous and is bore on the backs of the taxpayer.

Agreed.

If you are here illegally, you should be deported. No anchor babies, no other nonsense. If you are breaking the law -- and those that are here ILLEGALLY are doing just that -- you have no rights, other than the right to return to your home country or be forcibly deported.

The world will be a much better place when Eric Holder and Barack Obama are no longer a part of it.

Additionally, another example of Holder threatening US citizens to attempt to bend them to his will.

I don't believe the federal government has the authority to force this on the states and municipalities. Schools are a huge expense for the tax payers as it is, costing up to 50% of all property taxes. We are required to pay for the illegal aliens' education, free lunch program, emergency room visits, incarceration and Eric holder's salary.

It's federal law, like it or not. Where I am, Texas, we have tons of Hispanic kids who enroll. They only need to prove that they live in the district. I had my child in the district for several years. Had to prove that she lived where she did, did not have to provide a social if I didn't want to.
Californians voted to not pay for illegals - prop 187
A judge decides unconstitutional
Jerry brown as Atty gen and Gray davis gov do not defend the peoples wishes
So the state supreme got the last word and now that judgment is a precedent.

If a majority of voters were upset about the court's unconstitutional ruling they could have demonstrated that when Jerry Brown ran for Governor. What did they do? They elected him Governor.

So, then ... the majority of voters in the United States that selected/elected Mr. Obama to serve a second term are "ignorant stupid and naive"? They're "brainwashed"? Hmmm ...
