I don't have time to watch a nearly 13 minute video. Most illegals here aren't picking crops. So much for the using the crop picking argument. It doesn't fly.

Immigration aka legal immigration has never been illegal. However, we do have laws that make one an illegal alien if they come here without authorization and rightly so.

Quite simply the world body accepts a nation's right to determine their own immigration policies. It also accepts a nation's right to determine who they allow entrance and who is denied. It also accepts every nation's right to set their own standards.
No nation should be expected to take on the burden of uneducated, illiterate people from another country. No nation should be expected to tolerate criminal behavior, or the trespass of those from another country. In fact the world body agrees that no nation has to.

You're right and over time we have had to institute quotas because of our growing population, less need for immigrants, fewer jobs and depleting natural and social resources. Yet some can't seem to understand that simple concept. They think that things should be exactly as they were 50-100 years ago. That shows a lack of critical thinking or someone with an agenda that just plain doesn't care about the needs of American citizens which should always come first.

Massive illegal immigration of which we have today negates those sane policies. Amnesty will further negate it.

The fact is that even if we required all immigrants to be multi-millionaires, that is our right as a nation to do so. The illegals have no legal standing in the debate.

Of course that's their reason. But the defenders of illegal aliens will say it's because Americans are too lazy to do certain jobs and it's hogwash. Since when won't Americans do construction, landscaping and any number of blue collared jobs for a fair wage?

Right now the huge surge of illegals is more about very impoverished women coming in with babies and young children, they obviously aren't coming to work - there is no way they could afford the high cost of day care for those kids.

Word is out about Obama's DACA -- smuggle in babies and children and they know they'll never have to worry about working for a living again.
