Evidence illegal immigration has increased?

Other nations? A number of western European nations have illegal immigration, though maybe not to the same scale as the US, partly because there's no land border. There's large scale illegal immigration within Latin America. In 1990, Argentina had 1 million illegal immigrants residing in it:

India has a large population of illegal Bangleshedi immigrants.

Some of this is because Obama just had to meddle in the Honduran government.

It has never been good there...now it is unbearable.

This nation needs people who are actually willing to work and sustain society.
When was the last time you saw a white face in your nearest fruit or vegetable
fields or picking up up your garbage or mowing your lawn or framing your house
or cooking your meals? Most people won't admit it, but until Americans are
willing to get up off their dead asses and do necessary work like that, illegal
immigration will not be curtailed.

Many Americans like Hispanics illegals because they are the ones' who do
labor that no Americans wants to do
, such as cleaning, housekeepers and lawn
workers'.
Not where I live. Most people do their own but plenty of white faces doing those jobs.
You realize why people hire illegals don't you. Its not because white citizens don't work hard labor jobs, its because these illegals get paid little and can be treated like crap where citizens have come to expect a livable wage and to be treated like human beings.

What's interesting is how the liberals here make it into such a horrendous case of unforgivable racism to want to enforce the borders, but don't seem to have any problems at all with every other nation on earth enforcing their borders.

But of course it is absolutely ridiculous to think their real motive is because they want these illegals to become Democrat voters. No no no. It's purely humanitarian.

I can't think of a single country that ignores immigration laws. Certainly not the United States.

The U.S. spent nearly $18 billion dollars on immigration enforcement agencies last fiscal year, more than all other law enforcement agencies combined.

. . .

In FY 2012, the department employed 21,790 officers, up 10 percent from 2008. The bill would also add an unspecified number of Border Patrol agents, whose ranks have skyrocketed from just over 4,000 in 1993 to more than 21,000 today.

Creative accounting has provided the statistics for every issue Obama pushes.

Please be more critical of those numbers coming from the Obama administration, we need clear thinking voters now more than ever.

Every nation experiences illegal immigration. Every nation experiences illegal immigration because nation-sates don't really exist. They are just human constructs, political fictions, that have nothing to do with the reality of people's lives. If borders were real in the way mountains and rivers are real, we wouldn't need people to acknowledge they existed. It would be obvious to everyone.

I think the point the o.p. was trying to make is that no other nation tolerates it to the extent our nation does.

Do you trust the ultraconservative Cato Institute? This is a thoughtful, informative article, not fact-free hysteria. Somewhat critical of the Obama Administration but not blind hate.
