It's starting to happen like you said. Although E verify WILL weed out MOST illegals.

If e-verify is implemented across the board none of them would be able to get away with it.
Sub-contractors are notorious for hiring illegals.

The US will fail long before Mexico.....they set laws FOR their country.....not against it.

The people of Mexico are PROUD to be Mexicans.....the people of the US....we just give apologies.

Problem is high quality fake documentation can be easily obtained as shown in my post 66 ,normal employers would be hard pressed to verify its validity, i think Everify may weed out a few illegals as i'm sure where to get fake id is common knowledge in the illegal underground.

Do you seriously think a fence whether mined or not will be a deterrent to some one highly motivated to enter the USA and stay there?
Tens of Thousands of Mexicans come into the USA everyday for a variety of reasons, they come by car, bus, train, plane and boat, most do it legally and return to Mexico when their business is done, some just stay which makes an expensive heavily fortified wall kinda useless.

Sure and once across the border and into the USA they have the option of staying forever and rendering any wall irrelevant,

A good wall would help deter illegal immigration a lot and would assist the BP. If they are coming here for a better life as they claim then removing the job and benefit incentives will also deter them from coming.

Legal immigrants may have accents but so what? Why wouldn't they be hired as they would have the proper papers to be here and to work here. I guess the defenders of illegal aliens will say anything these days no matter how silly it sounds.
